1. Who we are

This Privacy Statement explains how Techy Like That LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website, techylikethat.com (the “Site”), fill out a form, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise contact us.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose, and your message.
• Free accessibility check form: your name, email address, and the website address you want checked.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.
• Phone and email: whatever you choose to share when you call or write to us.
• Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks basic browser and device signals to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes this under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics: we don’t use analytics or tracking tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar right now. If we add them, we’ll update this page first and give you a way to opt out where required.
• Payments: when you pay through a Stripe Payment Link, Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Blog comments: comments are turned off for now. If we turn them on, we’ll collect the name, email address, and comment you submit.

We don’t ask for sensitive information like Social Security numbers or health details through the Site.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your questions and send you quotes or reports you asked for.
• To deliver services you’ve hired us for.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the Site secure and free of spam.
• To meet legal obligations or protect our legal rights.

We don’t use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share it only with the services that help us run the Site and our business, and only as much as they need:

• Stripe, which processes payments.
• Hostinger, which hosts the Site.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, for spam protection on our forms.
• WP Mail SMTP and Proton Mail, which deliver form messages and our replies.
• Our newsletter email service, if you subscribe.

We may also share information if the law requires it, such as a court order or valid government request, or if the business is ever transferred, in which case this statement continues to apply.

Client project data (logins, business documents, system access) is covered by a separate project agreement.

5. Keeping it safe

We use secure hosting, SSL encryption, and limited access to your information. No website or storage system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• See a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correct it or ask us to delete it.
• Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

7. Cookies

We use only the essential cookies the Site needs to work. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie needed for spam protection. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this page and add a cookie notice.

8. Children

The Site is for business owners and isn’t meant for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information, and we’ll delete it if we learn we have.

9. Visitors outside the U.S.

We’re based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed here.

10. Changes to this statement

We may update this statement from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. Using the Site after an update means you accept the new version.
