Common questions
What do I get?
One report covering all 8 scans, with a ranked fix list, most important first, and a quote for the fixes. Each item says what it is, why it matters and what it takes to fix.
Is it really automated?
Yes. The scans are automated, which keeps the price low. Your report explains what’s wrong and what to fix. Some items, especially accessibility, are technical details for your developer to implement.
What if my site is big?
Up to 100 pages are included. For larger sites, we send you a quote first.
Does the $79 count toward fixes?
Yes. If you book a project with us within 30 days, we credit the $79 toward it.
Is this the same as the free accessibility check?
No. The free accessibility check covers accessibility only. The Full Health Check covers 8 areas, including accessibility.
Can you fix what the check finds?
Yes. Your report comes with a quote, and we can handle the fixes for you, from schema markup and file names to speed, mobile and security. You don’t have to sort out the technical details yourself. Full Website Checkup + Fixes covers the check and the fixes together.
Does this cover accessibility laws outside the US?
No. Our accessibility audit checks against WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard most often used for ADA compliance on US websites, so you can see where your legal risk is. It doesn’t cover European or other non-US laws, such as the European Accessibility Act or EN 301 549.
Do you promise better rankings?
No. No one can honestly promise rankings. What the check does is look at the building blocks. On the search side, it looks at things search engines look at or tend to favor, like clean code, pages without accessibility issues, no dead links, fresh content and an active social media presence. On the people side, it looks at what visitors need: a clear message, clear calls to action and useful content. We can put these building blocks in place, but first we need to know where you stand, so we know what to improve and in what order.
